We start with a free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your business bottlenecks. Once we align on the scope of tasks, we set up communication channels (Slack/Email), share accesses securely, and get right to work!

For administrative and data entry tasks, the standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. Urgent tasks can be accommodated based on our initial retainer agreement.

I work extensively with Notion, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms), Microsoft Excel, Trello, Asana, Slack, HubSpot CRM, and various email client managers.

I use Toggl to track time down to the minute. I invoice bi-weekly or monthly (depending on our agreement) and send a detailed worksheet breakdown of all completed items.
